I am Bill Jeczalik and I am involved in the restoration of 68-16426 from 68-69. It is up to display condition and we, Mike Carroll the owner/ project mgr., have brought it to a few events. Vets have touched her with reverence. We would like to talk with any of your people. We got a call from Godfrey Mahler, but the phone didn't get a return #. Please call again. Any info/ help would be welcome. This is a private effort. Thanks. Bill Jeczalik ( Boxcar/ Hercules pilot Oct. '67-'68 )

I served in the 123d Avn Bn From Feb 68-Feb 69. I was the crash and rescue chief and flew many missions on B and C Huey's. I was on the mission when B-073 went down. I have many photo's in storage that I can dig out. I still remember some of the men we lost bin 68. Donny Lynn Brown,Dutton, Andrette, Coutyen, Hardiste. but as I get older the memory fades. Tom Schrader still lives in PA, Ray Rivera was a police detective.

If you knew Sp4 Bruce Wright, KIA near Duc Pho on or about 9/1/70. He was captured during a firefight and later killed by the enemy. He was with the Animals.

Labor of love updated. Lucky to meet Bob Chipley, Dolphin 21 shot down that day. We meet only days after we connected, odds 1 billion to 1.
